St. Luke's D&L RaceFest Marathon and Half Marathon

Volunteer registration is open for the St. Luke's D&L RaceFest. There are many ways to be a part of the race. Volunteering gives you the opportunity to go behind the scenes on race day and motivate runners. Our volunteers support athletes before, during, and after their journey Allentown to Easton, PA.

There are multiple roles, locations, and shift times to choose from to be part of race day. Register early to secure a volunteer position that is convenient and works in your schedule. Volunteers 18 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Check out the volunteer map to get a sense of locations for Course Marshals and Aid Stations.

Volunteer benefits include:

St. Luke’s D&L RaceFest t-shirt*

Lunch and snacks on race day, Sunday, November 9, 2025

Special perks with participating businesses in Downtown Easton

*Note: If you have volunteered for RaceFest in 2023 or 2024, you likely received a bright green RaceFest volunteer tshirt. If you still have that tshirt, great! Please wear it during your shift. If you have never volunteered for RaceFest or do not have your tshirt, let us know and we'll make sure you get one.

I understand and acknowledge that this Agreement discharges DLNHC from any liability or claim that I may have with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from my service as a volunteer.

INDEMNIFICATION: Should I or my successors assert a claim in contravention of this Agreement, I or my successors will be liable for the expenses (including legal fees) incurred by DLNHC unless DLNHC is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, and without further recourse to DLNHC on such claim, for willful and wanton intent to harm.

In consideration of my service as a volunteer for DLNHC, I give my permission to DLNHC to transport me or to have me transported to a hospital or emergency facility for treatment. I further consent to have any such hospital or treating physician perform any procedure necessary or advisable. Nothing in the foregoing shall be deemed to require DLNHC to take any such action.

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE: I understand the possession or use of alcohol or illegal drugs while working in the capacity of a DLNHC volunteer is prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

OTHER: As a volunteer, I expressly agree that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and that this Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. I agree that in the event that any clause or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected.
